Great to meet you!

If you've been carrying more than you can manage on your own, you may feel overwhelmed, emotionally exhausted, or stuck in patterns that seem difficult to change. The weight of past experiences, ongoing stress, anxiety, trauma, or depression can make it hard to feel present in your relationships, work, and daily life. I work with adults and older adults experiencing anxiety, trauma, PTSD, stress, depression, grief and loss, substance use concerns, relationship challenges, women's issues, family difficulties, and identity-related concerns. Many of my clients come to therapy feeling disconnected from themselves or frustrated that their usual ways of coping are no longer working. My goal is to provide a supportive space where you can process what you've been carrying, strengthen your resilience, and begin moving forward with greater confidence, emotional balance, and hope.

My approach to therapy

I believe lasting healing happens when we address not only symptoms, but also the experiences and patterns that contribute to emotional pain. My approach is warm, collaborative, and tailored to each individual's unique needs. I draw from Eye Movement Desensitization and Reprocessing (EMDR), Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Acceptance and Commitment Therapy (ACT), Motivational Interviewing, and trauma-informed approaches to help clients create meaningful and sustainable change. Together, we'll explore the impact of trauma, stress, grief, anxiety, and relationship difficulties while building practical coping skills that support healing and growth. I believe small, intentional shifts can lead to lasting transformation, and I strive to help clients develop greater emotional awareness, resilience, and confidence. Therapy is designed to help you feel more grounded, present, and equipped to navigate life's challenges with greater clarity and self-understanding.

What you can expect from me

You can expect a warm, supportive, and collaborative environment where you feel comfortable being yourself and exploring difficult experiences without fear of judgment. I believe therapy works best when it feels like a partnership built on trust, understanding, and mutual respect. Together, we'll identify your goals, strengthen your coping skills, and process the experiences that may be keeping you stuck. My hope is that therapy helps you feel more grounded, resilient, and confident moving forward. I strive to help clients create small but meaningful shifts that lead to lasting change, so you can experience greater emotional balance, stronger relationships, and a renewed sense of hope for the future.
