Hi, I'm Tiffany Quijano, LMHC. I have over 18 years of experience helping women navigate anxiety, stress, burnout, depression, life transitions, and the emotional challenges that come with balancing careers, relationships, family responsibilities, and personal expectations.
I provide virtual therapy for women throughout Florida in a compassionate, supportive, and judgment-free environment. Therapy with me is a space where you can show up exactly as you are. You don't have to have everything figured out or know exactly what to say. My goal is to help you feel heard, understood, and supported.
I believe therapy should be more than simply talking about problems. My goal is to help you understand yourself more deeply, develop practical tools, and create lasting changes that support your emotional well-being and the life you want to live.
I take a warm, compassionate, and collaborative approach. I don't believe in judgment, criticism, or telling you how you "should" feel. Instead, I provide a safe space where you can be honest, feel understood, and work through life's challenges at your own pace.
Because every woman is unique, I do not use a one-size-fits-all approach. I tailor therapy to your specific needs, experiences, strengths, and goals. Together, we'll explore what is contributing to your struggles while building skills and strategies that can help you feel more balanced, confident, and emotionally grounded.
Starting therapy can feel intimidating, especially if you've never done it before. My goal is to make the process feel comfortable, supportive, and free of judgment.
During our first session, we'll spend time getting to know each other. I want to understand what brings you to therapy, what challenges you're facing, and what you hope will be different in your life. You don't need to prepare anything special or have all the answers. You can simply show up as you are.
We'll talk about:
What has been weighing on you lately.
Your current stressors, symptoms, and concerns.
Important life experiences and relationships that may have shaped your story.
Your strengths, supports, and what has helped (or not helped) in the past.
What you hope to gain from therapy and the goals you'd like to work toward.
