Great to meet you!

Family and relationship struggles can feel exhausting to carry alone, especially when you are not sure how to even start the conversation that needs to happen. I work with individuals, couples, and families working through conflict, disconnection, and the kind of stress that builds up over time. I also work with children and adolescents who are navigating big emotions or family changes. My clients are often looking for a space where they can be honest about what is really going on and start finding their way back to each other.

My approach to therapy

In our work together, you can expect to build clearer communication, stronger trust, and a better understanding of the patterns that keep showing up in your relationships. I go deep with clients navigating family conflict and relationship issues, helping you move from feeling stuck to feeling like a team again. I also spend real time supporting women working through identity and stress related concerns, because so much of what women carry does not get named until someone asks the right questions. I work best with people who are ready to be honest, even when it is uncomfortable, and who want a therapist who will walk alongside them rather than just listen.

What you can expect from me

Our first session is really just a conversation. I want to understand what brought you in, what has already been tried, and what you are hoping feels different. There is no pressure to have it all figured out before we start. If any of this sounds familiar, I would love for you to reach out so we can talk about what working together could look like.
