I'm passionate about supporting women as they seek to thrive. Aligning your values with your day-to-day life is an impactful way to realize change. After my own soul searching, I went back to school in my 30s to become a counselor after teaching for 10 years. As a woman, a mom, an eldest daughter, I have navigated the uncharted territory of emotional healing and growth myself as I lived through identity shifts, existential crises, the pandemic, and [looking around] all the things. I'm a Licensed Mental Health Counselor (MH 18302) in Florida and a Licensed Professional Counselor (LPC 9431) in South Carolina, where I currently live. I've completed advanced training in perinatal mental health counseling through Postpartum Support International and am honored to support moms as they discover this new stage of their lives.

I'm here to help you create a space full of compassion where you can be your most authentic self. I support women who want to overcome unhelpful patterns and understand themselves differently. Using a holistic, trauma-sensitive approach, I integrate evidence-based practices to help you intentionally experience your present, not just talk about your past. Thriving is possible for everyone, no matter what has happened in your life.

Through an environment of unconditional acceptance and compassion, I hope that you feel a sense of safety, nurturing, and empowerment in our time together. I offer not only a time of listening but of practicing tools and skills that can support you outside of our sessions.
