Great to meet you!

I specialize in supporting folks who consider themselves highly sensitive, neurodivergent and/or queer. Together, we can work to uncover what your therapy needs are, and how to pursue them at a pace that accommodates the complexities of your body.

My approach to therapy

My approach to therapy aims to support you in learning and building supports for the complexities and uniqueness of your body, while providing trauma tools such as EMDR and parts work, all while moving at a pace that feels safe for you.

What you can expect from me

I believe you are a whole and complex person deserving of attention, validation and respect right now as you are- you don't need to change in order to be worthy of it. My goal is to make you feel seen, heard, and understood.

Please note: If you choose to book a session with me directly through Headway, you will receive another email with a few additional forms that will need to be completed :)
