Great to meet you!

Hi! My name is Tiffany Sutton, and I am a Licensed Clinical Social Worker with over 25 years of experience. When life presents us with difficult situations, it is possible to experience feelings of anxiety, depression, or a lack of direction, which makes it difficult to know what to do. To become a happier and healthier version of yourself, I will guide you with compassion and honesty as we work through issues. It will be a pleasure to walk with you on this healing journey.

A bit about my approach to therapy

An important aspect of my work as a cognitive behavioral therapist is encouraging people to change their thoughts. As easy as it is to say, it is not as easy to accomplish! Most behaviors seem to be changeable for a while, but sometimes the changes do not last long...this is due to the failure to alter our thinking. I have found that if we change what we think about something, the behavior tends to change more easily and remains changed...so it is vital to change how we think!

What you can expect from our first session

My goal is to help you create a healthier version of yourself. With support, compassion, guidance, and encouragement, we both will watch you blossom towards goal achievement.
