I'm a Nationally Certified, Licensed Professional Counselor. I am currently accepting new adult and teen clients using virtual/teletherapy. I am accepting new clients ages 10+ for in-person sessions within the greater Richmond area. I support clients with Autism, personality disorders, schizophrenia, phobias, bipolar disorder, trauma, anxiety, depression, relationship/intimacy dysfunction to establish healthy boundaries, and develop skills.

I am a member of the American Counseling Association, the Association for Assessment and Research in Counseling, the Counselors for Social Justice, and the National Employment Counseling Association

My approach to therapy

Using a trauma-informed, multicultural approach, I meet clients where they are to help identify goals and make progress using evidence-based practices.
