Great to meet you!

Great to meet you!

I'm Tiffany Tate, a licensed clinical social worker and supervisor (LCSW-S). Reaching out for support can be one of the most difficult steps, so if you're here, you've already done something important for yourself.

For more than 20 years, I've worked alongside people facing some of life's most difficult challenges. My experience includes working with survivors of domestic violence, veterans, individuals living with serious mental illness, and adults navigating anxiety, trauma, stress, burnout, grief, and major life transitions.

My goal is simple: to provide a safe, compassionate space where you feel seen, heard, supported, and empowered to create meaningful change.

My approach to therapy

I believe therapy should feel like a conversation rather than a checklist. My approach is warm, collaborative, and practical, and I believe that every person deserves to be treated with dignity, respect, and compassion.

Together, we'll explore the patterns, experiences, and beliefs that may be standing in the way of the life you want to create. We'll celebrate progress, learn from setbacks, and work at a pace that feels comfortable for you. Above all, I want therapy to feel like a place where you can simply be yourself.

What you can expect from me

During our first session, I want to hear your story. We'll discuss what brought you to therapy, what has been working, what hasn't, and what you hope will change moving forward.

There is no pressure to have everything figured out. Most clients tell me they feel a sense of relief after their first session because, for the first time in a long time, they feel as though someone is truly listening.
