Welcome! My name is Tiffany Taylor. My passion is helping others! Over the past 22 years, I have been assisting individuals (ages 6-100) in various capacities. After earning my Masters' degree in Community Counseling, I obtained my license in Professional Counseling (LPC) in 2014. While I enjoy working across the lifespan, I specialize in addiction and recovery, sports performance, and life coaching.

My approach to therapy is genuine, open, collaborative, warm, yet challenging and direct. I specialize in CBT, motivational interviewing, and person-centered therapeutic approaches to therapy.
