Great to meet you!

Clients should know that I am committed to providing compassionate, respectful, and judgment-free care. My goal is to create a safe space where you feel heard, supported, and actively involved in your treatment plan.

I believe mental health care should be personalized because every client’s story, symptoms, and goals are different. I take time to listen, explain treatment options, and work with you to find a plan that supports your overall well-being.

I value honesty, consistency, and open communication. I encourage clients to ask questions, share concerns, and be honest about what is or is not working. Treatment is a partnership, and your voice matters in every decision we make together.

My approach focuses not only on symptom management, but also on helping clients improve daily functioning, emotional stability, confidence, and quality of life.

My approach to therapy

My approach to providing care is compassionate, collaborative, and individualized. I believe every client deserves to feel heard, respected, and supported without judgment.

I take time to understand each client’s symptoms, history, concerns, and goals so we can develop a treatment plan that fits their unique needs. I believe in educating clients about their options, including medication management, therapy, lifestyle changes, and coping strategies, so they can feel confident and involved in their care.

Treatment is a partnership. I encourage open communication, honesty, and feedback throughout the process. My goal is to help clients achieve emotional stability, improve daily functioning, and build the tools they need to feel better and maintain long-term wellness.

What you can expect from me

During the first session, clients can expect a welcoming, supportive, and judgment-free environment. We will take time to discuss your current concerns, symptoms, medical and mental health history, medications, lifestyle, and treatment goals.

The first visit is an opportunity for me to get to know you as a whole person, not just your symptoms. I may ask questions about your mood, anxiety, sleep, focus, appetite, stressors, relationships, past treatment, and any safety concerns. This helps me better understand what you are experiencing and how to best support you.

We will review possible treatment options together, which may include medication management, therapy recommendations, coping skills, lifestyle changes, or referrals when needed. My goal is for you to leave the first session feeling heard, informed, and involved in your plan of care.
