Great to meet you!

I’m a Licensed Clinical Social Worker who works with adults navigating anxiety, life transitions, relationship challenges, and trauma. I currently work full-time at a Vet Center supporting veterans and their families, which has deepened my experience in working with complex stress, identity, and adjustment concerns.

My style is warm, collaborative, and down-to-earth. I strive to create a space where clients feel comfortable being real, while also supporting growth and meaningful change. I incorporate evidence-based approaches, including EMDR, to help clients process difficult experiences and feel more grounded moving forward.

Starting therapy can feel like a big step, and my goal is to make that process feel approachable, supportive, and worthwhile.

My approach to therapy

My approach to therapy is warm, collaborative, and tailored to each client. I strive to create a space where you can be real and feel supported, while also being gently challenged to grow.

I integrate evidence-based approaches such as EMDR, cognitive and insight-oriented work, and practical skills when helpful. This allows us to process deeper experiences while also building tools you can use in everyday life.

I often work with clients navigating anxiety, trauma, life transitions, and relationship challenges, helping them better understand themselves and move toward lasting, meaningful change.

What you can expect from me

Clients can expect the first session to feel more like a conversation than an interrogation. I focus on creating a comfortable, nonjudgmental space where you can share at your own pace.

We’ll talk about what’s bringing you in, your current challenges, and what you’re hoping to get out of therapy. I may ask some background questions, but there’s no pressure to go into everything right away.

By the end of the session, we’ll begin to identify goals and next steps, and you’ll have a better sense of how I work and whether it feels like a good fit.
