Tiffany Vasek

Hi! My name is Tiffany Vasek and I have been working in mental health for 9 years. I have a masters degree in Counseling and Psychology and am a Licensed Mental Health Counselor. I have worked with many different populations in a variety of settings including an inpatient psychiatric facility, community mental health focusing on substance abuse and with military families, specifically teenagers in a high school setting. I primarily work with teens and women for various issues.

I believe in the power of a warm, positive therapeutic relationship with healthy boundaries. I want to help empower you to meet your goals while providing a judgement free space where you can truly be yourself. I work with a variety of issues but specific areas I focus on are anxiety disorders, adjustment disorders, stress management, relationships, and self esteem.

It is my belief that you as the client are the expert, and I am here to help you facilitate the goals you create for yourself. I work with clients to establish their goals and collaborate on how to meet those goals and problem solve how to handle obstacles along the way.
