Great to meet you!

👋 Hi, I’m Tiffany Viveros. I am a Licensed Professional Counselor with a M.Ed. in Counseling from Dallas Baptist University. I’ve spent years supporting individuals, couples, and families through challenges such as marital and family conflict, adolescent struggles, stress, sports psychology, and communication issues.

My main therapeutic approach is Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), but I also integrate practical tools to help clients strengthen communication, manage emotions, and find healthier ways to cope. I believe therapy should feel like a safe, collaborative space where you feel supported, understood, and equipped to grow.

Clients often tell me they appreciate my warmth, down-to-earth style, and ability to balance compassion with practical strategies. My goal is to help you feel heard, reduce the weight you’re carrying, and discover the strengths you already have within you to create lasting change.

My approach to therapy

I believe therapy works best when it feels like a safe and supportive conversation. My style is warm, compassionate, and collaborative—I want clients to feel comfortable being themselves while we work together on meaningful change.

I primarily use Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT) to help clients understand the connection between their thoughts, emotions, and behaviors. I also integrate practical strategies for communication, conflict resolution, and emotional regulation.

I see myself as a partner in your growth—someone who listens deeply, offers tools you can use in daily life, and supports you in reaching your personal goals.

What you can expect from me

Clients can expect to leave sessions with me feeling heard, supported, and equipped with practical tools they can apply right away in their daily lives. I create a safe, nonjudgmental space where individuals, couples, and families can openly explore challenges, gain new perspectives, and practice healthier ways of coping and communicating.

My goal is for clients to walk away with a stronger sense of clarity, confidence, and connection—whether that’s learning strategies to manage stress and anxiety, developing skills to resolve conflict more effectively, or building healthier relationships. Over time, clients often notice increased self-awareness, improved communication, and a greater ability to handle life’s challenges with resilience.
