Tiffany White

Hi :) I'm Tiffany, a Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist in Florida. Many of the women I work with carry immense responsibilities within familial, relational, professional, and societal systems that often ask far more of them than they receive in return. My role is to be a dependable source of support- a space where women can have a protected hour each week to recover, recalibrate, and replenish their mental and emotional well-being.

As a Marriage and Family Therapist, I primarily help fathers build stronger relationships with their children by better understanding their children's emotional and developmental needs. I especially enjoy helping fathers and their teenage and young adult children repair strained relationships, navigate conflict, and develop healthier ways of communicating. I also help men strengthen communication and connection with their partners.

I enjoy working with couples in all stages of their relationship. When children are part of the family system, I often incorporate family therapy when parent-child relationships and family dynamics are central to treatment.

I'm especially drawn to working with clients navigating complex, layered experiences, including: chronic stress and trauma, life transitions, relationship challenges, parenting demands, work related stress, anxiety, physical health, and ADHD.

With interdisciplinary training in couples and family therapy, education, school counseling, play therapy, early childhood mental health, parenting, ADHD, and mind-body wellness, I take a comprehensive approach that considers how your experiences, relationships, neurobiology, and current demands intersect.
