Tiffany White

Hi :) I'm Tiffany, a Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist in Florida. I specialize in working with children and teenagers, and I've found that some of the most meaningful work happens with their parents. A child's well-being so often begins with supporting the parent who carries much of the family's emotional and mental load, so therapy here is a protected hour that is just for you. Your family matters, and so do you. As a family therapist, I help mothers and fathers understand the emotional needs of the people around them, notice the patterns that get in the way, and take practical steps toward the relationships they want. I especially love helping parents and their teenage or young adult children repair strained bonds, work through conflict, and find healthier ways to talk to each other. I'm especially drawn to working with clients navigating complex, layered experiences, including: chronic stress and trauma, life transitions, relationship challenges, parenting demands, work related stress, anxiety, physical health, and ADHD.

With interdisciplinary training in couples and family therapy, education, school counseling, play therapy, early childhood mental health, parenting, ADHD, and mind-body wellness, I take a comprehensive approach.

Our first sessions are unhurried and focused entirely on understanding you. I'll ask thoughtful questions about what brings you in, what is happening in your relationships and daily life, your history, your health, and the strengths you already carry. Nothing about you is too small to matter here. My goal is that you leave feeling genuinely heard, a little lighter, and clear on what our work together can look like.
