Within my vast clinical experience as a Marriage Family Therapist, I have been privileged to provide counseling and skill-building to clients and their love ones who struggle with persistent mental illness, co-occurring substance use disorders, trauma, sexual problems, family conflict and marital issues.

I employ a holistic approach to integrate the spiritual, mental, physical and emotional aspects of well-being. However, this approach recalibrates as I aim to tailor my client's therapy experience and allow them to take the initiative in helping me understand their world. As a result, I am able to integrate knowledge, skills, cultural awareness, attitudes, and values.

As a therapist, I devote myself to providing professional services integrated with empathy and compassion. I also incorporate Christian faith to help others find their spiritual life. I encourage my client to develop tenacity and resilience as it will enable them to navigate uncharted parts of their lives. Consequently, they can embrace the healing journey and remain steadfast.
