Hi, I’m Tiffany! For over 10 years, I’ve been holding space for people to show up as they are—no masks, no apologies. I work with folks dealing with anxiety, depression, low self-worth, and stress. I’d be honored to walk alongside you on this journey so you feel truly seen, supported, and never alone.
My path to becoming a mental health provider started with a deep curiosity about the mind and a genuine desire to help people heal. Along the way, I earned my Master’s in Mental Health Counseling and gained experience in places like crisis centers, outpatient programs, and partial care—working with people from all walks of life. Over time, I found myself drawn to a more holistic approach to healing, which led me to become a yoga teacher and begin blending mindfulness, movement, and evidence-based tools like CBT and ACT into my work. I truly believe in the power of the mind-body connection. My goal is to support you in rebuilding self-love, resilience, and trust in your ability to navigate life and thrive.
