Hi, I’m Tiffany! For over 10 years, I’ve been holding space for people to show up as they are—no masks, no apologies. I work with folks dealing with anxiety, depression, low self-worth, and stress. I’d be honored to walk alongside you on this journey so you feel truly seen, supported, and never alone.

My path to becoming a mental health provider started with a deep curiosity about the mind and a genuine desire to help people heal. Along the way, I earned my Master’s in Mental Health Counseling and gained experience in places like crisis centers, outpatient programs, and partial care—working with people from all walks of life. Over time, I found myself drawn to a more holistic approach to healing, which led me to become a yoga teacher and begin blending mindfulness, movement, and evidence-based tools like CBT and ACT into my work. I truly believe in the power of the mind-body connection. My goal is to support you in rebuilding self-love, resilience, and trust in your ability to navigate life and thrive.

My approach to therapy

Working with me is a collaborative process—I show up with empathy, honesty, and zero judgment. My goal is to create a space where you feel safe exploring your inner world at your own pace. In our first sessions, I’ll take the time to really understand your story, what you’re going through, and what you’re hoping to get out of therapy. From there, we’ll dive into practical tools that support you—whether that’s evidence-based techniques or somatic practices to reconnect with your body. Progress might look like becoming more self-aware, building self-compassion, and feeling more in tune with your values. I love working with people who are open to growth, curious about themselves, and ready to connect with who they really are.

We will work together to identify personal goals and develop actionable steps towards achieving them. In addition to talk therapy, you may receive personalized content to help guide you such as worksheets, documents, videos, and more. My goal is to help you become the best version of yourself.
