Great to meet you!

I’m a licensed therapist who helps individuals heal from anxious attachment, trauma, and relationship challenges so they can build deeper self-trust and healthier connections. I work with clients who often feel stuck in cycles of people-pleasing, self-doubt, or emotional overwhelm, and I guide them toward self-awareness, confidence, and alignment with their authentic selves.

My approach to therapy

My approach is warm and empowering, and I integrate evidence-based practices like EMDR to help clients process past experiences, set boundaries, and develop a secure sense of self. My goal is to help you break free from patterns that no longer serve you and create a life that feels grounded, balanced, and fulfilling.

In our work together, you’ll learn to move from survival mode to self-acceptance, finding clarity and peace as you step into your power.

What you can expect from me

For our first session we will go over my practice policies and confidentiality to start. Then we will jump into what brings you to therapy. I do not have an overly clinical approach to intake sessions so it usually flows from present concerns and history/background to help me get the full picture. Sometimes first sessions are all history and sometimes it is jumping right in to what you are going through. My goal is to meet you where you are from the very first session.
