Great to meet you!

I am looking forward to working with individuals who are motivated and willing to embrace the uncertainties of life while you work through the "ick" that comes with it. My passion areas include supporting those individuals who are identified as the most marginalized in society - neurodivergent, LGBTQ+, substance use and abuse, criminal justice. This doesn't mean I am not eager to work with any individual looking to fill their life potential.

My approach to therapy

I approach my role as a helper from a holistic, strength-based perspective – you are not your diagnosis, rather diagnosis plays a part in the “big picture." Mind, body, and spirit – each aspect of your life will impact all other aspects of daily living. I believe you are the owner of your life journey, and you hold the answers to obtaining your best life.

What you can expect from me

As a Counselor, Substance Abuse & Recovery Guide, and Neurodivergent Advocate, I provide a safe space to be heard and offer guidance. I look forward to joining you on your journey to self-fulfillment!
