Great to meet you!

Hey! I'm Tiffney,

-an independently licensed therapist with experience in mental health, substance use treatment, clinical leadership, and behavioral health operations.

Beyond the letters behind my name, I'm a person, a real person with real life situations and experiences. I am a therapist who believes you deserve to feel seen, heard, understood, and comfortable being yourself when we talk.

My professional background has allowed me to work with individuals navigating anxiety, depression, life transitions, relationship challenges, substance use concerns, stress, and the moments when life simply feels like a lot.

I understand mental health, relationships, family, culture, environment, and substance use can overlap-and treatment should look at the person, not just a diagnosis.

My approach is culturally relevant, responsive, practical and real. Therapy with me isn't just sitting across from someone who simply nods and takes notes. We're going to talk, identify patterns, build skills, celebrate progress and do the work together.

Whether this is your first time, you're returning after some time away, or simply realizing... you can't keep carrying everything by yourself. There is space for you here.

My approach to therapy

I meet each person where they are, taking time to build rapport before moving at a pace that feels right for you. My work focuses on anxiety, depression, life transitions, relationship concerns, stress, substance use, and co-occurring mental health and substance use challenges. Relevant. Responsive. Care.

What you can expect from me

During our first session, I'll create a warm, welcoming, and judgement-free environment where you can begin sharing at a pace that feels comfortable for you. We'll spend time discussing what brings you to me and identifying what you hope to gain from our work together. I'll explain what you can expect from therapy, answer your questions, and make space for you to share any concerns about the process. You won't be pressured to disclose anything before you're ready, and we'll work together to establish a foundation of trust and safety. My goal is for you to leave feeling heard, respected, and hopeful about the support we can build.
