Great to meet you!

I am a graduate of Divine Mercy University, and I specialize in supporting clients navigating ADHD, Anxiety, Depression, Trauma, Divorce Care, Grief, relationship challenges, self‐esteem concerns, and stress management. My approach is warm, collaborative, and grounded in evidence‐based practices. I strive to create a safe, empowering space where clients can explore their experiences, build resilience, and move toward meaningful healing and growth.

My approach to therapy

I take a warm, collaborative, and structured approach to therapy. My goal is to create a space where clients feel safe, understood, and empowered to make meaningful changes in their lives. I use evidence‐based modalities, including Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Cognitive Processing Therapy (CPT), Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT), and other clinically supported interventions tailored to each client’s unique needs.

My style is both supportive and practical. I help clients understand the patterns that keep them stuck, develop skills to manage difficult emotions, and build healthier ways of thinking and relating. Whether we’re working through ADHD challenges, anxiety, depression, trauma, grief, relationship concerns, or major life transitions, I focus on helping clients gain clarity, strengthen resilience, and move toward the life they want.

I also emphasize self‐care as a foundational part of healing. Together, we explore routines, boundaries, and habits that support emotional, physical, and mental well‐being. Therapy with me is not just about insight—it’s about building tools, practicing new skills, and creating sustainable change.

Goals, Outcomes, and the Environment I Create

In our work together, I focus on helping clients gain clarity, build emotional resilience, and develop practical skills they can use in everyday life. My therapeutic goals often include improving emotional regulation, strengthening coping strategies, increasing self‐awareness, and creating healthier patterns in relationships, thinking, and behavior. I help clients identify what’s getting in the way of their progress and support them in moving toward meaningful, sustainable change.

I create an environment that is calm, supportive, and non‐judgmental—where clients feel safe to explore their experiences honestly. My style is collaborative and structured, blending warmth with evidence‐based guidance. The goal is not just insight, but transformation—helping clients feel more grounded, confident, and capable as they move forward.
