Tilisha is a Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW), who has dedicated her career working with individuals in crisis from a trauma-informed and client-centered lens for more than ten years.

My approach to therapy

Tilisha works with individuals experiencing life transitions and relationship challenges/wounds, exploring purpose, depression, trauma and childhood wounds, community violence, anxiety, self-awareness/self-worth/self-identity, and exploration of spirituality- using modalities such as, CBT, Narrative Therapy, Strengths-based, Psychodynamic, and mindfulness practices.

Tilisha strives to connect individuals to their purpose and to assist in creating a healthy mental compass that brings a higher consciousness of how challenges are perceived and resolved. Tilisha works with clients is geared towards connecting individuals to their peace and power.
