Great to meet you!

I am a Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist with more than four years of clinical experience. I have training in EMDR, Gottman, Emotionally Focused and Relational Life Therapy. My client focus is adults and couples.

My approach to therapy

My approach is relational and trauma-informed. I provide nonjudgmental support and professional guidance while we work together. Throughout the therapy process, my hope is you will better understand and connect with yourself and others.

What you can expect from me

In the first session we will identify your reasons for seeking treatment and the changes you desire. I will ask questions to gather relevant information about your mental health and relationship history. We will begin to clarify specific goals for your treatment moving forward.
