Great to meet you!

Welcome—I’m glad you’re here. Life can feel overwhelming, and it helps to have a safe, supportive space to make sense of challenges and reconnect with what matters most. As a Licensed Clinical Professional Counselor and Certified Alcohol and Drug Counselor with more than 20 years of experience, I provide a warm, collaborative, and gently direct environment where you can begin that process. I work with adults managing anxiety, depression, trauma-related issues, and significant life transitions. I also have specialized training in supporting clients with substance use issues and recovery.

My approach to therapy

My approach is compassionate and tailored to your needs. In our work together, I draw from Acceptance and Commitment Therapy (ACT) to clarify values and guide purposeful action, Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT) to challenge unhelpful thoughts and strengthen coping skills, and psychodynamic and existential therapies to explore deeper patterns.

What you can expect from me

Clients often share that they leave sessions feeling more grounded, hopeful, and confident about their next steps. I strive to offer a supportive space where you feel truly understood while also building tools for growth. I’d be honored to walk alongside you.
