Great to meet you!

My outlook on therapy is the client / therapist relationship is the highest priority. Without a strong connection, the rest is not as effective. I work hard to meet clients where they are at, and think through what kind of goals they want to set and how to get there. I have been practicing since 2019, and have experience working with adults, adolescents, and families. I have worked a great deal with anxiety and depression, and learning how to cope with them and get back to living.

My approach to therapy

Most of my background is using CBT and DBT, but I strive to use whatever tools are going to be most effective for each individual client.

What you can expect from me

Clients can expect to have collaborate with me on a plan for their treatment, and identify what goals are most important for us to work on together. Clients can expect to have my full support, and a willingness to challenge negative thoughts and beliefs they may discover.
