Great to meet you!

I’m a licensed therapist in Colorado with a Master’s in Clinical Mental Health Counseling from Colorado Christian University (Class of 2022). I specialize in helping people level up—in sports, business, and life. Whether you're aiming for peak performance or navigating anxiety, addiction, depression, or OCD, I’m here to walk that path with you.

My approach to therapy

I do therapy differently. You lead the way—I provide the roadmap. Using a blend of CBT, ACT, DBT, and experiential practices, I help you find solutions that actually work. This is a safe space to let go, grow, and reconnect with what matters most. Whether you're navigating life challenges or striving for peak performance in sports or business, we’ll train your mind so you can elevate your game.

What you can expect from me

In our sessions, my hope is that you walk away with more clarity about what truly matters to you and what’s been holding you back. I want you to feel more confident in who you are and how you show up in the world—whether that’s in your sport, your business, or your personal life. And most importantly, I want you to leave with real tools you can actually use—strategies that help you feel more in control, grounded, and capable day to day.
