Great to meet you!

Welcome to my individual counseling practice. With over twenty years of experience as a Clinical Counselor in Ohio, I’m here to support you as you navigate growth, healing, and meaningful change. I hold a Master’s degree in counseling and am a certified Master Addictions Counselor, bringing a blend of clinical expertise, compassion, and practical guidance to each session.

I am also the author of 2Bits, a reflection-based book on healing and personal transformation, and the creator of actuallyiCAN.app — a free supportive resource offering sober and life-coaching tools, reflection prompts, and daily encouragement to complement the work we do together.

My approach to therapy

I use a variety of methods to help with issues like anxiety, depression, and substance abuse. My approach includes motivational techniques and therapies such as CBT, DBT, and EMDR. I also focus on trauma, stress, relationship problems, and major life changes. My goal is to find the best approach for your unique needs.

What you can expect from me

It can be a scary process to start therapy and I will do my best to respect who you are and what goals you are seeking. I believe therapy should be a two way street where you and I work together to decide what is best for you. Your current emotional struggle does not have to define your future. Working together, my hope is to help empower, encourage and educate you in finding resolution to this struggle.
