Wanting to teach brought me to counseling, which ironically, has allowed me to explore the journey of life with those who seek guidance, and it is the aspect I perhaps love most about being a clinician. I am passionate about community which has led me to working with individuals, young adults, couples and their families in diverse settings such as private practice, therapeutic schools, outpatient treatment, residential treatment, and criminal justice settings.

I use a multitude of therapeutic techniques including Expressive Arts, Solution-Focused Therapy, Emotionally Focused Therapy, Rational Emotive Therapy, and Cognitive Behavioral Therapy. I am EMDR trained and utilize systematic therapeutic practices with a sense of cultural sensitivity while helping you find new passions and purpose. I specialize in working with addiction, eating disorders, spirituality, women's issues, self-esteem, family, social skills, career, and multicultural issues.

It is vital for me to create a space for you to be your most true, raw, authentic self to find the true meaning and purpose in life.
