Great to meet you!

I have been working in the mental health field since 1997. I earned my Master of Arts in Community Counseling from John Carroll University and my Doctoral Degree in Counseling Education and Supervision Program at the University of Akron.

I have worked with adolescents and teens, families, and adults who may struggle a wide range of issues, such as anxiety, self-esteem, depression, chronic illness, trauma, grief, navigating pregnancy and motherhood, and life transitions.

My approach to therapy

My commitment is to provide compassionate and holistic support to help individuals on their path to better emotional health, feel connected, learn skills to heal, and to thrive. I use evidence-based treatments such as Cognitive Behavioral Therapy, mindfulness, and motivational interviewing with a humanistic approach tailored to each individual.

What you can expect from me

Choosing to talk with someone is the first step, and I thank you for considering me in your journey to better mental and physical health. My approach is to create a safe, non-judgmental space for individuals to explore, grow, find their authentic identity, purpose, and gain skills to achieve positive outcomes. We will work together to create goals and a treatment plan to help you achieve your goals and feel empowered to live life to the fullest.
