Great to meet you!

"Listening to Understand" the emotional asking and listening that the other person needs Practice Communication Skills from Mindfulness, IMAGO, & More Focus on Habits (not goals) from Atomic Habits Follow your internal Values with skills from ACT for improved self-esteem and coping Develop coping skills from CBT, DBT, Positive Psychology, and more I also enjoy helping with other issues including depression, anxiety, trauma, and other issues I'm typically here Mon through Thurs 9am-9pm; Fri 9am-5pm

My approach to therapy

The sessions take a nonjudgmental, supportive approach. They allow room for the client to share their feelings and perceptions. And in this process clients can feel heard, understood, and listened to. Together, we can build skills that meet goals of having healthy relationships, coping better with stress, and more.

What you can expect from me

In the first session, building a connection and getting to know each other is so important. Connecting over talking about hobbies, family, friends, jobs, and more let the clients feel supported and cared for.
