Great to meet you!

I am a Licensed Clinical Social Worker that provides crisis intervention and behavioral health psychotherapy within the Veterans Affairs healthcare system. Working in high-acuity settings has strengthened my ability to remain steady, focused, and compassionate during times of intense stress.

My approach is trauma-informed, solution-focused, and grounded in practical change. I understand how trauma, transition, and prolonged stress can shape patterns in relationships, mood, and behavior. In our work together, I prioritize emotional safety while also helping you develop concrete strategies that build resilience and forward momentum.

My approach to therapy

I work with people who are ready for change but unsure where to start. Using a trauma-informed lens, I create a space that feels safe and steady. From there, we focus on identifying strengths, interrupting unhelpful cycles, and building realistic strategies that improve relationships and emotional regulation. Therapy with me is collaborative, structured, and forward-moving.

What you can expect from me

Your first session is a conversation, not an interrogation. We’ll talk about what’s bringing you in, what you’ve already tried, and what you’d like to see change. I’ll ask thoughtful questions to understand your history and current stressors, but we’ll move at a pace that feels safe. By the end of the session, you’ll have a clearer sense of direction and next steps.
