Great to meet you!
Throughout my 20+ year career, I’ve worked in a wide range of settings, including schools, private practice, outpatient programs, and in-home services. I have extensive experience helping clients navigate anxiety, depression, ADHD, academic, sports, career concerns, and major life transitions. Whether you’re feeling overwhelmed, stuck, or simply unsure of your next step, therapy can be a place to slow down, gain clarity, and move forward with intention.
My approach to counseling is grounded in Adlerian theory and integrates strengths-based, solution-focused, cognitive-behavioral, and skills-based strategies. In practice, that means I focus not only on what’s challenging, but also on your strengths, values, and goals. Clients often describe my style as honest, empathetic, nonjudgmental, and genuine. I value open dialogue and believe meaningful change happens when we work together in a way that feels authentic to you.
