Great to meet you!

Throughout my 20+ year career, I’ve worked in a wide range of settings, including schools, private practice, outpatient programs, and in-home services. I have extensive experience helping clients navigate anxiety, depression, ADHD, academic, sports, career concerns, and major life transitions. Whether you’re feeling overwhelmed, stuck, or simply unsure of your next step, therapy can be a place to slow down, gain clarity, and move forward with intention.

My approach to counseling is grounded in Adlerian theory and integrates strengths-based, solution-focused, cognitive-behavioral, and skills-based strategies. In practice, that means I focus not only on what’s challenging, but also on your strengths, values, and goals. Clients often describe my style as honest, empathetic, nonjudgmental, and genuine. I value open dialogue and believe meaningful change happens when we work together in a way that feels authentic to you.

My approach to therapy

My name is Tim Conway, a Licensed Professional Counselor with over 20 years of experience supporting adolescents, adults, and couples through life’s challenges. I believe therapy works best when it feels safe, honest, and collaborative—and my goal is to create a space where you feel understood, respected, and supported from the very first conversation.

What you can expect from me

In the first session with me, the goal is to learn more about you, what you are experiencing, and what goals you have for therapy. My goal will then be to create a treatment plan in collaboration with you to set a path towards weekly progress.
