Great to meet you!

I received a master’s degree in social work (MSW) from the University of Connecticut and have an extensive background working with adults in areas related to addictions, life transitions, relationship and intimacy issues, spirituality, overcoming anxiety and improving performance. I am a trauma informed therapist trained in the Ecological Perspective who integrates CBT, mindfulness practice and insight oriented therapy to promote wholeness and wellness.

My approach to therapy

I take a person-centered approach in my therapeutic work, with sensitivity, compassion and a willingness to embrace the whole person in a process that promotes healing, connection and wholeness.. I ask powerful questions that facilitate introspection, stimulate imagination, identify obstacles and clarify life goals and purpose.

What you can expect from me

Clients can expect to gain a new understanding and insight into their inner selves. They can look forward to making new connections between their past experiences, present day circumstances, and developing a new clarity, sense of purpose and motivation to make a better tomorrow.
