Great to meet you!

*** I provide treatment for individual male clients with common men's issues, couples and families****

I do not provide treatment for individual female clients

If you’re feeling weighed down by anxiety, depression, addiction, anger, or ongoing conflict in your relationships, you don’t have to face it alone. I work with adult men, couples, and families who are ready to make changes but aren’t sure where to start. Together, we’ll slow things down, understand what’s really going on underneath the surface, and create a path toward more stability, connection, and peace in your life.

My approach to therapy

I’ve been a psychotherapist for 10 years, and I believe therapy should feel safe, respectful, and real. In our sessions, you can expect me to listen closely, validate your experiences, and also gently challenge you when it’s helpful. We’ll set clear goals together so you know what we’re working toward, and we’ll move at a pace that feels right for you.

What you can expect from me

Taking this step is courageous, and you don’t have to have everything figured out before we begin. If you’re ready to explore what’s possible for you, I’d be honored to partner with you in this process. Reach out to schedule a session, and let’s start building a life and relationships that feel more grounded, meaningful, and manageable.
