I'm dedicated to our community and the mental health of humans. I specialize in neurodivergent adolescents and adults but have compassion for all of us making it through. I have a Masters in International Disaster Psychology and a Doctorate in Clinical Psychology I believe that we all can benefit from therapy, humor, and love.
I work from a holistic approach including behavioral changes that can impact the whole being. I focus on early childhood patterns and how they continue to show up for us. I also employ skills from CBT and DBT when necessary to assist in emotional regulation.
Clients will feel both heard and challenged to healing through a direct approach with tangible ideas to feel healthy and whole.
