I help people with ADHD, anxiety, depression, and, for many, trauma. I want to know how ADHD, anxiety, and depression are effecting your daily life, your relationship and family, work, and fun. Please know it may be ADHD and anxiety and depression. You may have anxiety and ADHD. Even if you have been diagnosed with ADHD you may not understand how ADHD affects every part of your life including relationships, work, emotions, sleep, and more.

My goal is that we will work together to understand your life, your needs, your feelings, and your challenges so that you have the best strategies/skills to live life the way you want to live. I want you to walk with you as you grow, heal, and become the best you.
