Great to meet you!

I have a twenty-eight year history of providing recovery-oriented services in community mental health. Having initiated many trauma-informed treatments in those settings, I am seasoned at establishing a safe and supportive environment that crosses cultural divides. I have experience with a host of mental health challenges but offer particular expertise in working with people who have complex trauma and extraordinary experiences including dissociation, psychosis and hearing voices.

A bit about my approach to therapy

I am very collaborative and sensitive to power dynamics. Rather than be a blank slate, I am transparent about who I am. I work respectfully with you under your direction because I believe you can heal and improve your life. I am trainedd in EMDR, DBT and EFT and have researched IFS and am pursuant of other trauma modalities.
