Great to meet you!

Hi, I’m Tim—a Licensed Clinical Social Worker with years of experience working with young adults and adults navigating anxiety, depression, men’s issues, and life transitions. Whether you’re feeling overwhelmed, stuck, or unsure of what’s next, I offer a supportive space to help you sort through it and move forward with clarity and confidence.

My approach to therapy

I draw from Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Acceptance and Commitment Therapy (ACT), and solution- and strengths-focused interventions to help clients gain insight, build coping skills, and move toward meaningful change. Treatment is always individualized, with a focus on meeting each person where they are emotionally and psychologically.

What you can expect from me

I place a strong emphasis on the therapeutic relationship. The first few sessions are about getting to know each other and making sure we’re a good fit, because I believe therapy works best when you feel comfortable, respected, and truly heard.
