Hi I am Tim and I am a Psychiatric Nurse Practitioner, I focus on providing thoughtful and compassionate care for each of my patients. I treat adults 18+. I believe that good mental health care means looking at the whole person, not just their symptoms. During each visit, I take the time to listen carefully and understand what my patients are going through. My goal is to create a safe and supportive environment where people feel comfortable sharing their struggles and working together toward better health.

I specialize in treating anxiety, depression, and bipolar disorder. These conditions can affect many areas of life, and I want my patients to know they are not alone in their journey. I use evidence-based treatments, including medications, to help improve mood, reduce anxiety, and support overall stability. At the same time, I pay close attention to important lifestyle factors such as sleep, diet, and exercise, because these play a big role in mental health. By looking at the whole picture, I can create a care plan that supports both mind and body.

In our first session, clients can expect a comprehensive and collaborative assessment focused on understanding their unique needs, concerns, and goals. We will review mental health history, current symptoms, medical background, and lifestyle factors. Together, we will develop a personalized, holistic treatment plan that may include medication management, nutrition, exercise, sleep habits, and stress management strategies. My goal is to create a supportive, judgment-free space where clients feel heard, informed, and empowered in their care.
