Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW) and Licensed Clinical Alcohol and Drug Counselor (LCADC) with over a decade of experience in behavioral health, social services, and addiction treatment. My professional journey began while returning to school and working in frontline social service positions, which provided invaluable experience supporting individuals and families navigating mental health challenges, substance use disorders, trauma, housing instability, and co-occurring conditions. Early in my career, I served in roles including case management and group facilitation while completing clinical training as a CADC Intern, further strengthening my passion for helping others through compassionate, evidence-based care.I earned my Bachelor of Social Work (BSW) from Rutgers University in 2019 and my Master of Social Work (MSW) from Stockton University in 2020. During the COVID-19 pandemic, I obtained both my LSW and LCADC credentials, later earning my LCSW in 2025.Throughout my career, I have worked in co-occurring treatment settings, private practice, outpatient substance use programs, and community-based behavioral health services. My clinical experience includes facilitating individual and group therapy, supervising clinical staff, supporting multidisciplinary teams, and helping clients develop sustainable recovery and wellness strategies.My professional interests include addiction recovery, co-occurring disorders, burnout prevention, clinician wellness, harm reduction, trauma-informed care, men’s mental health, and supporting helping professionals in sustaining long-term personal and professional wellness. I value authenticity, collaboration, and meeting individuals where they are while fostering accountability, resilience, and meaningful growth.
