My approach involves helping those who struggle with infidelity and pornography healthy habits and coping skills. In therapy I focus on strengthening relationships, processing trauma, creating healthy communication styles, and reducing shame.
In therapy I create a safe place where a client can open up without feeling judged. Through this the client can take away healthy coping skills needed to help deal with guilt and shame they may be struggling with.
