Great to meet you!

Life can feel overwhelming at times, and you don’t have to navigate those challenges alone. I believe therapy should be a collaborative, nonjudgmental space where you can feel comfortable being yourself and explore what may be getting in the way of the life you want.

I work with adults navigating anxiety, depression, stress, anger, grief and loss, life transitions, communication challenges, and other life stressors. I focus on helping you understand what you’re experiencing, build effective coping skills, and develop practical strategies that support your goals and overall well-being.

My approach to therapy

My approach is collaborative, practical, and tailored to you. I believe therapy works best when we work together to identify what is causing distress and develop realistic steps toward meaningful change. I draw from a variety of therapeutic approaches and incorporate coping skills, mindfulness, communication strategies, and healthy living practices when they fit your needs. My goal is to help you build confidence in your ability to manage challenges and make changes that support the life you want.

What you can expect from me

Our first session is a chance for us to get to know each other and begin understanding what brought you to therapy. We’ll talk about the challenges you’re facing, what you would like to change, and the goals that are important to you. I’ll create a nonjudgmental space for you to share openly, while we begin identifying practical steps and strategies that can help you move forward.
