Great to meet you!

Life’s challenges can feel overwhelming, confusing, and difficult to navigate alone, but they can also be an opportunity for meaningful change. I offer an integrative approach to address the root causes of what you’re experiencing. Treatment may include medications when helpful, while attention to sleep, nutrition, movement, and social connectedness helps strengthen long-term resilience and well-being. Using a therapeutic approach, we offer space to explore patterns, build insight, and develop practical tools for change. I am here to help you feel better, live meaningfully, and thrive.

My approach to therapy

I offer an integrative approach to psychiatry that combines therapeutic principles, thoughtful medication management, and lifestyle-focused care to address the root causes of what you’re experiencing

What you can expect from me

During your first visit, we will conduct a full assessment of your mental health, reviewing your medical and psychiatric history, discussing current symptoms and challenges, and exploring your personal goals for treatment. Based on this evaluation, we will develop an individualized treatment plan, which may include therapy, lifestyle recommendations, and medication management if appropriate. The session typically lasts 60 to 90 minutes.
