Great to meet you!

I help people who are going through life transitions and work through the things hold them back. If you fell like you just can't get out off a rut, it may be because your have an inherent message or belief that holds you back, such as, "I'm not enough," or "I don't deserve," whatever it is we are trying to become. The fact is, you deserve to be who you want. I can help you work through these blockages. It's challenging to move forward sometimes, but it's so worth it. I'd love to help

A bit about my approach to therapy

I am told I have a calming presence by my clients, which allows me to challenge them and be direct, without being intimidating. I also hold space for humor and all the emotions that may come up in therapy. as I believe there is always room for laughter in therapy, even when dealing with heavy thoughts and emotions.

What you can expect from our first session

Clients often feel lighter after therapy with me, and optimistic about their future selves. Realistically, Therapy can also make you feel tired after unloading large portions of the things we have been holding onto. And, that is a good thing too. I think we often forget how exhausting it is to hold onto the thoughts and feelings that keep us stuck.
