I am honored to meet with adult individuals and couples facing all sorts of obstacles: depression, anxiety, fears, grief and loss, feeling stuck in life, trapped in addictions and navigating challenging relationships. Life doesn’t always make sense and you may be feeling lost and broken. I desire to guide you with wisdom and grace and walk with you as you navigate life’s challenges.
