Great to meet you!

As a board-certified Psychiatric Mental Health Nurse Practitioner, my professional journey is deeply rooted in service—beginning with my time in the military and continuing through my current commitment to mental health care. My military experience instilled in me a profound sense of discipline, resilience, and compassion, shaping both my worldview and my approach to patient care. After years of serving my country, I felt called to serve in a different capacity: by helping individuals reclaim their well-being and live fuller, healthier lives.

My approach to therapy

I approach care from a place of genuine curiosity. I listen attentively and ask questions to truly understand my clients and how their challenges are impactinng their lives.

What you can expect from me

The first session is an opportunity for us to get to know each other and to establish what the client's goals are.
