Great to meet you!

Hello, I'm Tim, nice to meet you. I have the belief that without our heavenly father nothing is possible. My professional background include working for psychiatric hospitals and community agencies since 2011.

My approach to therapy

My approach to therapy is encouraging clients to be authentic; having humility and vulnerability to the circumstances they are in.

I have the belief that without discomfort, change is difficult to accomplish. I never know what interventions/questions I may pull out the hat to entice change and peace within your mind, body and soul.

Change does not happen over night, or CAN it? With that being said, the drive to grow must come from within; Where is it? What's your motivation? Let's break through and build!

I want to work with you, understand your walk of life and encourage a new mindset to managing YOUR LIFE.

Life has given all of us Lemons and Limes.

What you can expect from me

As our therapy sessions come to an end, I want clients to take away that with determination, a renewed mindset and spirit there's a breath of fresh air coming your way.
