Great to meet you!

I know starting with a new therapist can feel hard, and building trust takes time. I’m patient, warm, and intentional about creating a comfortable space where you can feel supported as you grow and build resilience. I work with children, teens, and adults facing concerns like anxiety, depression, trauma, LGBTQIA+ issues, relationship challenges, and life adjustments.

My approach to therapy

Many of my clients are looking for practical, evidence-based support for what they’re dealing with right now. I use approaches like CBT and DBT, and I have specialized training in working with LGBTQIA+ clients, including transgender-affirming care. I’m direct, empathic, and transparent about how I can help.

What you can expect from me

Taking that first step into therapy can be difficult, but it can also be deeply rewarding. In our work together, I’ll listen, validate your experience, gently challenge you when needed, and partner with you in making meaningful changes. I look forward to hearing how I can help.
