Great to meet you!

I earned my Ph.D. in clinical psychology in1998 and have been a licensed psychologist in Massachusetts since 1999. I have worked in various roles at the Massachusetts General Hospital and Harvard Medical since becoming licensed. I am trained in several evidence-based therapies, which include CBT, Prolonged Exposure, Exposure with Response Prevention, and CBT for Insomnia. My style is warm, interactive and collaborative with a focus on helping each individual achieve their most important goals.

My approach to therapy

I work very collaboratively with clients to establish goals and what treatment approaches will help achieve those goals. My clinical specialty areas are mood and anxiety disorders, OCD, marital conflict, and PTSD.

What you can expect from me

At our first session I will work with you to obtain a thorough life history and establish what are most pressing issues you face. We will the identify specific treatment goals and formulate an initial plan for therapy.
