Great to meet you!

I’m a Licensed Clinical Social Worker with a Master of Social Work from East Tennessee State University. My clinical experience spans a wide range of settings, including mobile crisis, residential treatment, inpatient geriatric psychiatry, and intensive outpatient care. Over the past three years, I’ve worked in a group private practice providing individual, child and family, and group therapy.

I specialize in supporting clients with ADHD, autism, emotional regulation, family conflict, life transitions, anxiety, and depression. I use a client-centered, strengths-based approach and draw from evidence-based therapies including CBT, DBT, ACT, and Solution-Focused Therapy. I am an ADHD Certified Clinical Services Provider and am currently training in Internal Family Systems, grief work, and autism-informed care.

My approach to therapy

I bring a deep commitment to helping individuals and families navigate life’s hardest seasons with compassion, clarity, and hope. I specialize in supporting neurodivergent clients and those facing emotional overwhelm, using strengths-based and trauma-informed approaches to foster resilience and healing. My practice is rooted in the belief that, even through adversity, we can rise — not by ignoring our pain, but by confronting it with honesty, support, and purpose.

What you can expect from me

I work with children, teens, families, and adults to help them build insight, resilience, and confidence as they move toward lasting change. Clients can expect a validating and collaborative environment where their thoughts, emotions, and behaviors are understood — not pathologized. I provide psychoeducation to build insight, then introduce tools tailored to the client’s needs and preferences. Together, we set clear goals to track progress and adapt our approach as needed. As clients gain confidence and consistency, we focus on building independence, reducing session frequency, and helping them assess and respond to challenges on their own. Therapy may begin as a need, but my goal is for it to become a trusted resource clients can return to as they grow.
