Great to meet you!

I am a Licensed Clinical Mental Health Counselor, with six years of experience. I specialize in working with those who wrestle with attachment issues, shame, ADHD, anxiety, depression, and trauma. These issues may tie in to varying levels of substance use.

A bit about my approach to therapy

I am focused on creating a space that is safe for my clients to take risks and uncover and explore their ways of relating in the world. My passion is in personally connecting with my clients, and I believe that by serving as a mirror for their wisdom, they will begin to tap into their deepest reservoirs of strength. My approach to psychotherapy is eclectic and strengths-based. I have many years experience working with trauma, shame, substance use, family dynamics, and existential questions.

What you can expect from our first session

First, I want you to feel comfortable and understood by me. When you begin to feel seen by another and not judged, you are able to experience yourself in a new way and take chances to do things differently if you choose. We will build coping skills along the way, depending on what your needs are.
